Your server costs (on-premise)

On-premise, you prepare the environment and Krino runs on your infrastructure, so compute, storage and backup are yours. In exchange your data never leaves and your licence does not grow with your volume. On SaaS, we set up the cloud environment, and that is reflected in the price.

Integration and bespoke development

Installation is included. Integration is done by your technical team; if you don’t have one, we do it at an hourly rate. A purpose-built module is scoped separately: tell us what you need and we’ll agree a clear scope.

About the price.

Does the price change as my volume grows?
No. We set an annual licence from your volume when we scope the project together, and it does not grow with transaction, decision or user counts. On-premise, the only thing that grows with volume is your own server bill.
How many users can I create?
Unlimited. Separate users and roles for your risk team, your compliance team and your engineers, with no per-seat charge.
How is the licence billed?
Annually. The licence is a yearly fee set for your project; for longer contracts we can agree terms.
Is there a trial?
We set up an evaluation environment on your own data before any purchase. Send an anonymised sample; we’ll build your rules and put the results next to your current process.
Who does the installation?
We do. You prepare the environment, on your own servers or in your cloud account, and we install Krino there. Integration is done by your technical team; if you don’t have one, we do it at an hourly rate.
Is there a SaaS option?
Yes, if you don’t have an environment of your own and are not a regulated institution. We set up the environment with a cloud provider in your region and install Krino there: for a customer in the EU, the servers are in the EU. The modules are the same as on-premise; the price is different.
